Undercrypt creates and produces music, dance, and theatrical pieces that often touch on the shadowy side of life. Previous shows have included Halloween dinner theater, gothic belly dance, and dark fairy tales. It is currently run by one person who has the extraordinary good fortune to be surrounded by amazing and talented people who are happy to collaborate.

I started playing classical piano around 1970 after a less-than-successful experience with an accordion that was larger than my torso. Around 1990, I started playing doumbek and riq for belly dancers. I’m currently composing music for my “dark romance” group Invocatio (among other things), and I’m looking forward to getting at least one album out in 2009.
